Service Agreement: Our services include chauffeur-driven transportation within the specified cities. The details of your journey, including pickup and drop-off locations, will be confirmed prior to the service.
Pricing and Payment: We offer fixed pricing for all services. Payment is due in full upon booking or as otherwise agreed. Any additional charges incurred during the service will be communicated and billed accordingly.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Wait Time: We provide one hour of complimentary wait time for airport transfers. Beyond this period, additional charges may apply.
Flight Tracking: We track your flight to adjust pickup times if there are delays. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your flight schedule.
Responsibility: SS Tours and Travels is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to all future bookings.
